Return Refund & Cancellation Policy

After placing the order you can cancel the order within 2 hours if you want to. And in case of request for refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 to 15 working days. Products can be returned within 2 days from the day of delivery.

In case of return, reverse pickup will be arranged by Kipling. If the area/pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, the customer has to self ship the order on company’s registered address. Shipping cost of up to 200 INR will be refunded in case the customer self ships the return.


If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 5 days.


How to make a return





1) Pack the products

Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible). PLEASE ENSURE LABELS AND MONKEY are attached/enclosed.






2) Hand the products to the carrier

Wait for carrier pick-up on the proposed date.






3) Wait for return confirmation and refund

You’ll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and refund processed (5 – 7 business days).

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the Products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 5 (five) calendar days of delivery of the Products and exchange the product* or get a refund.

Please note:

*For equivalent value. Any price difference in alternative product will be settled before the transaction is completed and closed.


This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.

Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and un-used.

Legal guarantee for faulty goods

In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 6 month guarantee for manufacturing product faults. A product is “faulty” if received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 moths from the purchase. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

You can return faulty Products within 6 months of your receipt of the products and get a full refund or replacement (upon receipt of the faulty product), including any shipping costs, as applicable.
